"Windward" was painted on location during the Mendocino Plein Air Open Paint Out. I was having trouble painting the challenging coastal scene I had started, so I set it aside, then turned around, saw this wind blown tree, proceeded to paint and finish it on the spot. If interested in purchasing.. It is priced at $200. Exhibiting at the Mendocino Art Center, Mendocino CA.
